I have an account but don't see any of the systems I need to access
Some systems are available to all users while others require permission to be granted before a user can access them. If you are affiliated with a school, contact the Local Security Administrator to get system access, otherwise select the "Contact Support" link to request help.
Why does my password need to be complex?
Due to the sensitivity of data that is accessible through myNHDOE, we require complex passwords to help protect against unauthorized access.
I don't log in often, and I'm required to reset my password. Why can't I keep my password indefinitely.
Depending on the system and role a user has been granted, the password is required to be set no less frequently than once every 3 years and as often as once every 90 days.
How do I see the users in my school with access to a system?
Users with permission to manage security can see a list of users with system permissions by selecting Security\Users.
